Applying a Referral to an Estimate



This article explains how to indicate on an estimate the method in which the customer was referred to your shop. It assumes that referral codes have already been set up in the Configuration module.



From the StockTrac® main menu, go into the Point-of-Sale module.

Click the New Ticket button to start a new estimate.

Either retrieve an existing customer or add a new customer. You will see a screen similar to the following:

Choose the referral method for this customer and click OK.
