Removing Estimate Locks
When an estimate is opened, it gets locked so that other workstations cannot open or edit it. However, there may be instances that the lock does not get properly released. If this happens, follow the steps below to correct the situation.
To unlock the estimate(s), go to the StockTrac® Main Menu. Click File, then Remove Estimate Locks.
The following screen will display:
A list of workstations will display along with a list of estimates that are locked. Click an estimate and then the Unlock button, or click Unlock All to remove the lock on all estimates. If there are several estimates listed, you should get everyone out of Point-of-Sale before using the Unlock All option.
