This function is used to set up the format of the Order Form, which can be printed via in the Ordering program. The following can be specified:
- Which fields will appear on the report
- The order in which the fields will appear
- The Font and Size used
- Whether the report will print in Portrait or Landscape mode
To set up the report, go into the Inventory module.
Select Order and then Print Setup.
The left-hand side of the screen will show the available fields, and the right-hand side will show the fields that have been selected to be printed on the report. Add and delete fields, move fields up and down to determine the order that they will print, change the font, and change the orientation (portrait vs landscape). There is a Preview button to see an example of what the report will look like.
When the report has been defined, click the OK button to save the changes.
